- Design and implementing manufacturing processes and procedure to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Ensure manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objective and operational outcomes in term of quality, cost, and delivery target.
- Develop key performance indicators to enhance performance and quality of all operations including production, QA, QC, warehouse and logistics, plant engineering.
- Monitoring the performance of all operations within the factory to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Manage performance of supply chain management, raw materials management, production planning, and so on to ensure smooth operation and delivery according to the customer plan.
- Oversees manufacturing processes, ensuring production performance, product quality meets the standard and quality criteria of customer.
- Manage and ensure standards compliance such as ISO9001, ISO14001, HACCP, OSH
- Ensuring all necessary reports including but not limited to production report, plant efficiency (OEE), inventory levels, equipment and maintenance purchase needed, operating budget are maintained accurately.
- Lead and encourage team to implant an operational excellence and total productive maintenance (TPM) culture into all operational areas.
- Engage team to delivery effective performance and desired outcome

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- 5-10 years’ experiences in manufacturing management
- Experience and technical understanding of Beverage, Glassblowing, Carton Box or Flexible Packaging Films processes will be advantage.
