【職務概要】
- 包装・生産計画の作成
- 包装計画に従って組織の生産性を最適化かつ効率的化
- 包装計画に従ってポリシーと手順を作成し、製品の品質を管理
- チームマネジメント（包装目標、労働環境の安全確保を会社のスタンダードに見合うようにコントロールしていただきます）
- 製造現場の効率化
- 生産計画に沿った人員や稼働率のコントロール
- 製造機械のメンテナンス
- 作業プロセスの効率化（不要なプロセスの見直しおよび削減、生産技術の見直し）
- 生産計画に沿った予算作成
- 資材および人員計画の作成
- 5S,RCA(根本原因分析、）FI(焦点改善)、保守プロセスなど・パッケージング生産プロセスの導入
- 週次のLIP。変動費の特定、週次報告業務
- 製造財務予算管理。諸経費の最小化、および利益率の最大化
- リスク管理（品質、健康、安全）
- スタッフのトレーニング
- その他MDよりアサインされた業務



- Create and oversee policies and procedures which ensure the productivities of the organization is optimized and efficiently according to the Packaging plan, control the quality of the product.
- manage team to improve efficiency of machine and realize the packaging target , safety occupational and environmental to meet the standards that company certification. And to ensure that resources are available and operational to include the company's objectives in the long period.
- Ensure that all manufacturing sites operate at defined levels of efficiency.
- Oversee planning and manufacturing teams to meet expected volumes.
- Clearly defined live reporting of manufacturing efficiency is available. Achievement of product against plan is monitored.
- Ensure all manufacturing machine & spare part are in good operating condition through effective preventive maintenance to meet the target.
- Arrange planning to reduce process of working and develop new technology to work.
- Prepare and follow up budget for spend as planned.
- Implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target.
- Introduce Packaging Production processes such as 5S, RCA(Root cause analysis), FI(Focus Improvement), Autonomous and Preventive maintenance processes.
- Ensure that RCA processes are implemented and effective.
- Weekly LIP about packaging production on all plant. Variable costs identified and reported weekly. Introduction of weekly flash report for operations.
- Establish and Manage the Manufacturing finance budget. Ensuring that all over head costs are minimized and Margin improvement opportunities are maximized.
- Ensure that Quality, health, safety and risks are managed by the implementation of clearly defined standard and procedures.
- Ensure that all capital projects are executed in line with the detailed project plan and financial capital allocation.
- Ensure that all human resources are available in sufficient quantity and staff are suitably trained to meet the laid down production volumes.
- Responsible and Communicate for operation issue including packaging production.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【応募条件】
- 大卒（食品科学、食品技術、食品工学、機械工学、産業工学、電気工学または関連分野の学士号または修士号をお持ちであること）
- パッケージング業界にて、包装製造/製造管理/プロジェクト管理/予防保守システムにおいて日用消費財の製造に10年以上の経験があること。
- 管理職経験10年以上
- 製造管理戦略、梱包作業プロセスなど、割り当てられた作業分野における知識と経験。
- ISO 9001、ISO 14001、ISO 45001、5S、GHP、HACCP、食品安全、安全および労働衛生の知識があるとベター
- プレッシャーの下でもパフォーマンスを発揮し、ペースの速い環境で働くことを楽しむ能力。
- 英語ビジネスレベル（優遇）
