- Source of Phuket Marketing Package
- Encore, open date preview package and broker
- Responsible for offering and activating the package
- Assist all guest’ requirements before arrival and welcome them upon arrival.
- Make a payment and follow up with the guest if failure to charge
- Holding reservation Able to hold the room under ME and broker name only one day. If ME and broker needs
to hold it longer than one day, the guest information is needed for this exception.
- Reminder Letter 30 days before arrival WE will send the reminder letter to reconfirm the reservation, presentation and assist to the guests for any requirements.
- Short reminder 7 days before arrival WE will make a call for no reply guest to reconfirm the reservation and
arrange an airport transfer.

【業務内容】
- プーケットのパッケージプランのプロモーション
- 既存のお客様へのアップセル、パッケージの販売開始日を確認し、パッケージを販売
- パッケージツアーのご紹介と販売
- 現地到着前と到着時のお客様サポート、お問い合わせ対応、ご挨拶
- 費用のご請求、未払いがある場合はお客様のフォローアップ
- 予約保留（MVCI名または代理店の名前で1日だけ部屋を保留可能。
　（2日以上予約を保留する際はゲストから個人情報を取得）
- リマインドレター送付：到着30日前に「リマインドレター」（予約の再確認、ツアー等の詳細、その他お客様の必要な情報が書かれたもの）を送付。
- リマインダーの電話：到着7日前に、予約確認に対しレスポンスのないお客様への電話、また空港送迎の手配。

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Able to liaise in both Japanese and English.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in hospitality or call center related field.
- Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
- Cheerful and enjoy interacting with people.
- Strong communication and written skill
- Excellent computer skills.

- 3年以上のカスタマーサービス、コールセンターなどでの勤務経験
- 細かい指示を待つのではなく、能動的に動ける方
- 明るく、お客様対応が好きな方
- コミュニケーション能力が高く、英語・日本語での文章が書ける方
- パソコンスキルのある方
