JOB DETAIL

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy:
• Develop sales strategies and planning as well as accurately set the sales forecast in each key account aligned with the company’s direction
• Effectively execute, implement and follow-up regarding the business planning and optimize the company’s resources in order to achieve the goals set
• Enlarge the business expansion of company’s strategic and potential accounts as well as creating new sales opportunities
• Design sales promotion and trade marketing plan for each strategic account
• Effectively manage and optimize all financial aspects related ie. P&L, A/R, Expenses, etc
• Continuously control the Optimized level of PSI in each account by SKU
Build and manage sales channels:
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in modern trade and other relevant sectors
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and sales agents
• Continuously monitor channel performance and provide guidance and support to maximize sales effectiveness
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our presence in modern trade by establishing relationships with new retail chains and exploring untapped markets
Drive sales growth in different market segments (Sell-in and Sell-Out):
• Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and market trends in Modern Trade, property development, and existing homeowners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop tailored strategies to penetrate and expand within each segment.
• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team:
• Recruit, train, and develop a talented sales team capable of achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Set clear sales targets, closely monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and guidance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age between 35 - 45 years
• Bachelor’s degree in business management and MBA would be preferable
• At least 10 years of working experience in dealing with modern trade channel and at least 5 years in management position (Preferably, refrigerator)
• Able to effectively and timely creating sales and trade planning as well as implementation plan with each key account
• Strong communication, negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding analytical skills in both of quantitative and qualitative aspect as well as financial background
• High competency on coaching, encouraging, motivating and team management
• Fluent in English
• Computer literacy, especially on MS-Office is a must
• Minimum TOEIC 600 score is mandatory
