JOB DETAIL

• Developing recommendations for key management problems on a project basis,
• Delivering internal consultancy and program management support to critical internal projects that require multi-disciplinary skillset,
• Representing Arçelik Hitachi on business development projects involving external parties,
• Supporting strategic projects in all markets,
• Coordinating strategic planning process with all Arçelik Hitachi functions,
• Collaborating with countries to identify opportunities to improve/ enhance sales and profitability (conduct field & financial analysis and initiate projects accordingly),
• Supporting to perform analysis to increase sales efficiency,
• Following and analyzing global macro trends, industry, and competition to develop company-specific strategies and action plans

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering or other majors with an MBA degree,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one of the following fields; strategic planning, business development, investment banking, project management or management consultancy,
• Experience in financial analysis, new business development and strategy projects (knowledge of feasibility, forecasting, valuation),
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative,
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce clear reports and impactful presentations,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Comfortable in working with cross functional teams,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
