Position: Marketing Coordinator & Translator (Japanese Nationality)

1. Part of International Customer Service Team taking care of customers especially Japanese patients
2. Accommodate and ensure success communication between the doctor and patient in the treatment room with correct translation.
3. Responsible for all Japanese patients (phone call, email, Line message, Facebook message, and other channels)
4. Make appointment and provide treatment details to the customer for both before and after sales.
5. Make reports and support language translation for marketing activities
6. Other assignments from Supervisor

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Japanese Nationality.
2. Age between 25-45 years old.
3. Bachelor's Degree.
4. Experienced in dental/medical translation between doctors and patients is preferred.
5. Intermediate Level of English.
6. Able to work on Saturdays & Sundays (Weekly dayoff on Mon. & Thu.).
7. If able to communicate in Thai is an advantage.
