JOB DETAIL

- Develop and implement Japanese strategic business plans that will
generate growth, increase market share and achieve company sales
and gross margin targets
- Identifying new opportunities and accounts in the targeted market
segments and establish programs and relationships to create product
and service demand
- Coordinate and implement relevant strategies and activities with sales
leader and Global / Regional Japanese account team
- Understand and share Japanese business knowledge of the
competition, customer landscape and market trends as they pertain to
the business development
- Build strong customer relationship with top Japanese customers and at
the senior management level to enhance our creditability and reputation
- Create and manage CRM sales pipeline of key targets and opportunities
to achieve individual set financial targets

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Japanese Nationality)
- Age 40-50 years old
- Degree or recognized qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, Sales or any business related
- 5+ years’ experience of specific industry knowledge and product chemistry
- 5+ years proven Business Development experience in related market
- Proficient in English and Japanese (written & spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, excel, PowerPoint)
- Have car and driving license
