- Follow up and coordinate handling customer and escalations, Collecting customer requirement and feedback
- Maintain relationship with old clients
- Meet with customers, clients, business partners face to face
- Corporate with sales team
- Build customer relationships for long-term revenue growth
- Other assigned by Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Marketing or related field.
- At lest 5 years Experience in in customer service at factory or selling industrial product preferably in CNC cutting tool and Measuring tool
- Good command in English
