REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Male or Female
・Age 40 - 48
・Bachelor's degree
・Over 10 years of work experience in HR
・Over 10 years of work experience in a food factory
・Over 5 years of management experience
・Over 5 years of work experience at a Japanese company
・English Upper Intermediate Level
・Have solid management skill, negotiation skill, leadership, problem-solving skill and
making decision skill

【Advantage】
・JLPT N3 UP（OK if you can speak Japanese）
・Work experience at a modified starch company
