JOB DETAIL
Report to District Sales Manager
Main Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the field sales of company for a defined territory and/or set of end users, partners, and OEM’s.
2. Develop sales strategies and tactics.
3. Responsible for exceeding a defined quota of the assigned or newly found clients and expanding business
4. Collaborate with other individuals from sales and product marketing, on strategic opportunities where collaboration is needed
5. Responsible for additional tasks as assigned or needed by the manager.
Job Description:
1. Properly forecast and close solutions with End Users, Partners, and OEMs.
2. Effectively demonstrate products to customers and utilize the burn grass/delta sell sales process.
3. Follow up on sales leads and schedules customer visits.
4. Work with the Sensor Sales Engineer to insure that all products are sold into strategic accounts.
5. Bring sensor leads to the Sensor Sales Engineer that uncovered in the activity with customers.
6. Work with Partner to ensure they are properly trained on how to position and sell products. Evangelize products to increase mindshare and selling time at the Partner.
7. Create plan and execute the plan for sensors and vision at Most Wanted Accounts.
8. Utilize the 6 bullets sales process for winning large strategic opportunities.
9. Conduct product and solution demonstrations at customer sites.
10. Collaborate with counterparts from other territories on opportunities that are either integrated our installed in a different territory or where the decision makers don’t reside in the Account Manager’s territory.
11. Follow up on customer inquiries, understand system requirements, and differentiate the solution.
12. Assists at trade shows and other marketing events.
13. Coordinate evaluations utilizing the Applications Engineering team.
14. Maintain and continuously update project information in salesBook.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old. Japanese Nationality.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field (Prefer candidates graduated from engineering field)
3. At least 3 years of sales experience in Thailand with good record for exceeding sales targets from Automotive or Automation industry or other Manufacturing company
4. If have experience directly in 'Machine Vision products' is an advantage (Not mandatory)
5. Intermediate Level of English
6. Driving license (company's car will be provided)
7. Able to travel daily to Chonburi, Rayong, Chachoengsoa and Prachinburi.
