JOB DETAIL

• Develop comprehensive territory plans aligned with strategic direction given by the supervisor; then, execute its plan to his/her responsible areas and/or existing dealers, together with gathering market information, such as competitor movement, price movement, product innovation, etc., including monitoring performance to be able to improve plans if needed.
• Utilize marketing data provided by Product Development Department to generate leads and identify solution based sales opportunities.
• Develop spare parts sales strategy and create spare parts business plan align with KPAC parts sales plan for the fiscal year.
• Initiate sale promotions/marketing activities in accordance to the sales strategy and business plan.
• Create strategic plans based on industry trending in the territory and customer analysis.
• Develop, together the distributors, a proposal for each prospect/target customers in the territory.
• Work with the distributors and the machine end users in obtaining the test result of the existing/new products and keep tracking of the record.
• Analyze test data and performance of the existing/new products to develop marketing strategy in each market.
• Measure sales growth in quantity and value against the target for each products/ activity.
• Achieve/exceed sales goals, sustain revenue growth and provide recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential.
• Prepare quotation and to work within agreed discount structure and customer terms.
• Close sales and develop relationship with key decision maker.
• Identify necessary training courses for distributors to develop sales capability and communicate with the distributors.
• Be a key client interface with all major existing The company distributors in the region for daily operation.
• Attend roadshows, conduct machine touch, diagnosis and necessary recommendations.
• Maintain positive and supportive relationships with all distributors, emphasizing our company commitment to customer care.
• Review with General Manager & President all aspects of the functions and tasks to achieve greater efficiency by conducting gap analysis.
• Generate sales reports/ activity results to present to management committee the business progress, achievements, activity concepts and business challenges.


REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male age around 38 - 48 years old
- Bachelor degree in any related field (Preferable to Engineering background degree )
- Intermediate level of English of communication
- At least 8 years of after sales experience in construction equipment or machinery industry or mining machinery or Forklift products
- Good understanding about the construction equipment market and spare parts related knowledge
- Able to work independently, working on multiple tasks and challenges.
- Being persuasive and tenacious in their relationships while maintaining professional standards of conduct.
