Air & Sea Freight Inside Sales (Japanese Nationality)

1. Make quotations to the oversea, shippers and follow up on the outcome.
2. Follow up with customers and overseas inquiry such as shipment status, related document, billing, claim, and other requirements.
3. Coordinate with Customer Services, Sales and other sections in order to share relevant information to support customer requirements smoothly.
4. Follow up and solve the problem that caused by operation.
5. Prepare Customer Complain Report to supervisor to review.
6. Review and update quotation with the current market price to the customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 24-30 years old.
-Japanese Nationality.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
-At least 1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator or other related positions in Freight Forwarding business
-Required in-depth knowledge of International Transportation.
-Fluent in English
-Proficient in MS Office
-Strong customer relationship management skills.
-Able to start working immediately
