- Presenting company''s services to customers (most of the customer are factories based in Bangkok Metropolitan Regions (ปริมณฑล), Chonburi, Rayong, Ayudhaya)
- discussing options, opportunities and constraints, and then separating to carry out more detailed assessment to the customers
- Briefing client''s project with Architect, Designer, Construction Consultant
- Receiving complaints and create customer satisfaction

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Native Japanese
- Male/Female with age 30 years old or more
- Bachelor''s degree or higher of Architectural Engineer or Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer ,Mechanical engineer or other related field with First-Class Engineering License
- Understanding of construction management principles.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Have driving license
