[Junior – Senior HR Consultant]
Job Descriptions:
• Make business proposals on a wide range of HR issues, including performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development
• Design and implement HR solution aligned with client objectives
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations
• Project management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / People Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Experience as an HR Consultant or similar role within a consulting firm at least 1 year
• Strong knowledge and background of HR functions , Organization Development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English
• Can speak Japanese will be an advantage ( JLPT N2 Up )
Working Day:
• Monday – Friday 9.00 – 18.00 (3 days’ WFH after probation)
