Key Responsibilities-Report to Finance Manager, Asia Operations-To prepare Business variance analysis and justification;-To assist in preparing budget and forecast;-To handle full set of books;-To handle ad hoc projects as required
- Perform accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to book, reconcile and report in-force premium, direct written premium and loss fund balance, retro accrual, cash, cash applied to A/R, bad debt allowance and non-admitted A/R on a month.
Human Resources - Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with HR Manager to discuss needs. - Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruitment agencies, media, and internet sites; providing organization information and recruiting in each project. - Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. - Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. - Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules between candidates and managers. - Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with HR manager; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. - Accomplishes human resources related recruitment and organization mission by completing results as needed. - To arrange job fair in university or job exhibition and follow up application form after finish. - To do and submit monthly recruitment report to HR Manager. - To do welfare coordinate meeting for Thai staffs - General Human Resources such as prepare staff benefits, do social security, time attendance of Thai staffs - Any assignment from HR & GA Manager General Affair - Contact the rent building for any case such as staff’s car park, electric systems, water supply etc. - Emergency case stand by or announcement to Thai staff. - Provide administrative support and coordinating with Thai staffs - Any assignment from HR & GA Manager
- Performing all accounting transaction (AP, AR, GL recording in accounting system) - Preparing and filing Withholdings tax - Prepare ageing analysis every month - Other duties as assigned - Prepare Bank reconciliation statement every month - Posting to General Ledger and sub ledger - Reconcile sub ledger balances with General Ledger - Prepare bank payment Vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers - Creating the new role concerns with accounting job - Reimbursement any expenditure for regional office - To do administrative and accounting coordinate with TCT accounting manager. - Any assignment from regional office - Coordinate with transcosmos Tokyo accounting team to establish & brush up RO accounting procedures in a proper manner (based on Thai accounting rules) - Year end closing (for expenses) with audit firm - Support salary payment procedures for RO staffs - Support monthly personal tax declaration for RO staffs - Other accounting related support functions
• Managing the accounting department • Managing day-to-day accounting operations • In charge of AP, AR,GL , Fixed Asset, taxation, staff development and any related corporate matters • Working time Mon - Fri & 2 Sat. per month.
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports. • Ensure accounting transactions and financial records are maintained timely and accurately. • Review inventories reconciliations and Tax filling. • Liaise with auditor and others on financial and assets auditing. • Coordinate the formation of company’s budget and conduct the budgeting control. • Provide advice and recommendation to management on financial related matters.
