- Manage existing HR Centers in Thailand overseeing group companies in Thailand, India, and Myanmar. Most of our group companies are located in Thailand.
- Develop a strategic approach to human resources the execution of these strategies related to Talent Management, Recruiting, Retention, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and other key HR topics.
- Responsible for ensuring consistency of approach in HR operations in responsible countries.
- Provide leadership by providing advice, information, and support to stakeholders e.g. MDs and HR members.

- Plan the most appropriate shipment routes in term of air freight, sea freight, cross-border and customs clearance effectively to the final destination.
- Provide training to all export team and perform assessment of all work and assist to achieve all export objectives and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and perform regular communication with all staff and clients.
- Monitor invoices and prepare reports to management team requirements.
- Set strategy for export programs that optimize duty and reduce exporting costs, develop and implement Duty Drawback processes.
