Working location: Rojana Industrial Estate (Ayutthaya)
- To visit customer and make relationship with customer.
- Receive and follow up delivery schedule.
- Issue quotation both of AMC and company.
- Issue customer inquiry note and sample requested.
- Cooperate with internal concern & Co-operate for sample delivery.
GA department has 3 sections: HR,BOI,Purchasing(each has 2 Thai staffs)
-Manage and train 6 Thai staffs of GA dep. (Advise and support team members' task)
-Other related manager tasks.
- Provide interpretation/translation of reports, documents, and correspondence between Thai and Japanese in meeting
- Provide interpreting to assist in hiring Japanese-speaking associates and in Employee Relation situations to create clear communication for those involved.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Get the drawing from customers and edit it.
- Plan to review mold design under the standards of customers.
- Create new innovative mold design solutions
- Coordination between makers & customers on trial

Work in QC department
- Interpret in the production line and meeting from Japanese to Thai and vice versa
- Translate documents from Japanese to Thai and vice versa
- Handle general admin tasks
- Support Japanese Manager
• Overall project coordinator and main communication channel between the project team and the customer.
• Coordinates the initial project phase review, cost target, project deliverables, definition of quality expectations, and project timeline according to the customer requirements.
• Monitors the progress of every project phase and ensures that all activities are completed according to the defined timeline and customer/quality expectations.
• Ensures all phases are properly documented using APQP or equivalent documentation process and conducts a regular meeting to update, review, and secure approval at every phase gate.
• Regular reporting of project progress to the customer, Hana team, and management.
• Manages risks/issues and leads the team in defining/implementing mitigation/corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensures that any change in the project plan will be communicated /approved by the internal team and customer and documented through APQP or equivalent.
• Ensures that all required reports are provided on time and data/information are accurate.
• Ensures that the defined handshake procedure will be followed and customer approval will be obtained before endorsing new product to production.
• Assist during customer audit for new products.
