Recruiting Process
Online Registration
Please fill the registration form and attach your resume (English or Japanese) or adding job ID (if any). Once registration completed, a consultant will contact you shortly.
Career Consulting
Our consultants will contact you to set up the interview and introduce a suitable job vacancy based on your experience, qualification, or company preferences. We will ask for your permission every time before sending your resume to our client.
Interview
After the screening process, Pasona will arrange an interview for you at our client’s office. Generally, two face-to-face interviews required in Thailand.
*In some cases the interview can be held in Japan or performed over the telephone
Successful Employment
To successful candidates, we will explain the conditions and details of your contract.
Post-Employment Support
We will help and support you with any questions or problems you may have.
