Pasona Engagement developed by Pasona Group. We joint research with the Hosei University Graduate School to create a survey platform and database, which has been available in Japan since 2012.

In addition, to create a questionnaire that suitable for the Thai market, our research is conduct by Associate Professor Pontanarat Kritini, Chulalongkorn University (Marketing Department, Faculty of Commerce). A comparative analysis carries out the accumulates data on high-performing Thai-listed companies. It clarifies organizational issues by benchmarking high-performing companies. Moreover, we conducted a comparative analysis of 3 factors, Engagement, Synergy, and Energy which affect employee happiness.

Company Survey
This survey is created to analyzes management and human resources working process, prioritization of issues, planning, execution, and verifies the effectiveness of measures improvement.

Team Survey
This survey is created for a team manager to understand their team issues and build a team strength with the aim of changing individual management.

Conditions Survey
This survey focuses on individual employees such as early mental care and career interviews, as well as turnover prevention and retention measures.

This survey could raise the company awareness to find the relevance between employees’ “Happiness” and “Performance” to advocate and propose practical management approaches. The result helps the company find out the action plan and solution to reach an employee engagement goal.
