JOB DETAIL

• Handle customer inquiries from incoming call, chat and other channels
• Prepare sales document e.g., quotation, order confirmation, and Tax invoice
• Coordinate with sales in the office and customer to support the sales process

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Any faculty
- Open to both new graduates and experienced
- Good command of Chinese HSK 5 and above (To communicate with customer)
- Good English communication skills (or a minimum TOEIC score of 650)
- Microsoft office (Excel)
