- Negotiate trade terms to align effectively with the company's policies and objectives.
- Regularly study and compare selling prices with key competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive buying plans and product grouping strategies.
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing terms.
- Review the quality, features, and prices of products to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely product delivery.
- Develop plans to manage slow-moving inventory and expired products.
- Analyze sales figures, expired products, or other reports as assigned by supervisors.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of work experience (in fashion retail, cosmetics, perfumes, etc.)
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Experience in retail business/product sourcing
- Good Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in English Only applicants with experience as a Buyer for cosmetics or dietary supplements will be considered.
