JOB DETAIL

- Manage production schedule , production control and output
- Ensure work flow of production activities & quality control.
- Attend in Quality & Productivity improvement. (PDCA) , 5Ms management.
- Motivate and develop a relative production team. - Ensure line balancing & optimal machine utilization.
- Ensure good housekeeping in production area.
- Initiate , recommend , investigate , trouble shoot , provide solutions , and action to prevent the occurrence. - Verify the implementation of solutions and action taken.
- Supervise the Supervisors , Engineer including all Workers in section.
- Conduct in Section training for production staff.
- Adhere to meet company target. (quality , cost , delivery.)
- Provide equate resources for performance of work.
- Follow the Quality policy , Environment policy , Safety policy including 6S improvement.
- Other jobs assign by Division Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Thai nationality , Male, age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering , Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and computer skills.
- Good knowledge of Engineering Management.
- Strong management skills, problem-solving , decision making , high leadership, proactive and
good analytical skills.
- At least 7 – 10 years experience in Production management and 5 years up in Management Level.
- Experience in Japanese Company will be advantage.
- Good knowledge of CNC- EDM operation and maintenance will be advantage.
- Analytical and management skill of Engineer or related function.
- Knowledge of quality system, ISO 14001, ISO 9001.
- Able to start working will be an advantage - Have a passion for improvement and developing the organization.
