• Managing TikTok livestream visibility and analysing performance results and data through basic data analytic tool/functions as well as keen on using MS Excel
• Host live streaming sessions on [platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Live, etc.] to showcase products or services.
• Engage with viewers and create a fun, interactive environment during live streams.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and promotions in an engaging manner.
• Respond to questions and comments in real-time to drive audience engagement and build a loyal community.
• Plan and prepare content for live streaming, including scripts, product knowledge, and promotional offers.
• Monitor and analyze live streaming performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on trends in live streaming, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Conduct product giveaways, games, and interactive activities to increase engagement.
• Follow up with customers and potential leads generated through live streams.
• Planning contents & activities and managing TikTok account
• Monitoring competitors on TikTok and sharing key findings with the team to keep improving their own performance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. No English required
2. Female only / Welcome new grad
3. Experience in live streaming, particularly on TikTok is prefer .
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Creative thinking and a passion for digital content creation.
7. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
8. Knowledge of trends and best practices in live streaming and social media marketing.
