Position: Senior Manager/Director
Division: Press & Mold
Team: Sales
Report Directly to Department Manager (Japanese)
Work Location Rayong (3days/week) and Bangkok (2days/week)
Number of Direct Subordinate: 5 (Sales Manager & BD Manager)
Number of Indirect Subordinate: 22 (Sales)

1. Manage Press, Mold and Injection business
2. Responsible for exsiting clients and new clients
3. Manage optimus Supply Chain Management for products
4. Control budget

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 45-50 years old. Japanese Nationality.
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer.
3. Many years of sales experience and knowledge of die (Press/Mold)
4. Experienced managing teams of 6-15 staffs
5. Intermediate level of English. (If have TOEIC Score 600 or higher is an advantage)
6. Personal car (Company provides fleet card and car maintenance allowance)
7. Able to work at head office in Rayong for 3 days and work at Bangkok branch for 2 days.
