Business Development and Career Advisor

Job Description

Business Development 

  • Handle overall sales activities (cold call, visit client, get job orders, key in data to the system, suggest a candidate to a client, arrange an interview, negotiate offer condition, and  follow up client after candidate start working) 
  • Attract new client, make a connection with key account customer,  and maintain relationships with client by supporting overall HR function effectively 
  • Working with a career consultant by providing job orders and develop strategies to attract the right candidate
  • Conduct market research for a new business opportunity
  • Analyzing and finding the customer needs, setting the goal and  strategy, including an approaching method
  • Providing management feedback and report for business development  
  • Planning and preparing presentations to the client for HR consulting, HR Tech, and new project as client request


  • Developing a search strategy, candidates sourcing, interviewing, and creating a candidate recommendation to the clients. 
  • Participate in the sales meeting to discuss the actual client needs
  • Sourcing qualified candidates using a search engine, networks, and cold calling technique
  • Provide career counselling, planning, and advising to a candidate. Getting a candidate ready for a job interview by giving company information and job description, including interview  techniques  
  • Evaluate a candidate skill set for a requisition and fit with client requirements by analyzing job description, qualification, and mandatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation and key data to the company database system
  • Maintain an organized list of data and contacts
  • Recruiting candidate for oversea business 


  • Responsible for training and coaching a junior member to meet company operation standard 
  • Initiate and execute a business assignment
  • Suggest strategies to improve the quality of sales member performance


  • Male/ female, Thai nationality
  • Age over 25 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Over 3 years experienced in recruitment agency
  • Sales oriented and positive thinking "Can-do-attitude"
  • Good command of English (verbal and written)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve sales target

Working Location: Sathorn, Bangkok
Salary: THB Nego
