| Required work experience | •Who is graduated from Top 5 university •2 ~ 5+ years of experience in M&A advisory within a professional service firm, investment bank, or securities firm, or in related fields such as private equity fund or strategic consulting •BA degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred •Extensive valuation and modeling skills are required •Business level English is essential •Business level Japanese preferred (not essential) •Experience in project management of cross-border projects preferred •Documentation skill of Microsoft Office is essential |
