-Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
-Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
-Manpower planning and management
-Plan Mid-term and long-term manpower planning
-Managing the recruitment and selection process (Both permanent, Subcontract and Outsourcing)
Compensation and benefit management
-Provide fairness and effective compensation system with competitive compensation structure
-Maintain pay plan and benefits program
-Employee appraisal management
-Oversee and manage both potential and performance appraisal system that drives high performance
-Employee relation and employee union management
-Bridge management and employee relations, include labor union management
-Nurture a positive working environment
-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Required work experience
-Male/Female, age 38 years or higher
- Thai Nationality
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political / Administrative Science or related field
-At least 10 years management experiences in HR (Medium size factory management shall be advantage)
-Have specific knowledge of HR Management
-Good communication skill in English (Writing, Reading and Speaking)
-TOEIC score 650 or higher shall be advantage
