● Contact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all related document for Sales
● Support and give direction of Business Strategy , Sales and Marketing , Etc.
● Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control.
● Manage order and Delivery process , etc.
● Complete job file to generate financial result of Sales in time line.
● Keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet customer requirement.
● To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication.
● To be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur.
● Monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to General Manager , Deputy GM. and Ass.GM.
● Can control and motivation with Sales staff in Sales Section well
● Educate all KLL Sales staff in quality Improvement and good teamwork
● Sales team management duty and supervise Subordinates.
● Control Sales team to do and follow to KLL company regulation such as Attendance ,Bribery, corruption , etc.

• Male & Female / Age between 35 up years old|
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• In Fluent in English is a must or Japanese (N3 ) , we will consider special.
• Good Command of Computer program (MS.Office)
• Experience 5 years up over in Logistics Business, Freight Forwarding and Customs Broker ,Liners,
Import/Export, BOI, Customer Service or Sales.
• Good interpersonal skills, Positive attitude, Motivated ,Service mind person ,Can work under more pressure Etc.
• Have a car license & Own car.
