- Managing all HR a functions. such as Recruitment, Payroll, Full Process ,Training System, Compensation & benefits, Employee relations and Welfare, CSR
- Support Factory Manager for human resources services and control of the implementation of labor relations activities to meet the needs of the Company and Employees.
- Develop Human Resources system, including Benefit & Welfare, HR administrations, Employee Relations, HR Development, Performance Management & Learning and Reward.
- Analysis compensation of employees within the organization to be competitive with the market.
- Plan and manage the operation relative to HR. to conform to the develop company policy.
- Control and prepare rules and regulations, code of conduct are in accordance with labor laws and review up to date.
- Acting as a middle person to interpret clear and accurate messages for a good understanding between the Company and employees to create mutual understanding and prevent conflicts.

- Define a Succession plan and carrier path plan

- Female with age 35-45 years-old|
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any field
- 10 years HR experience for Human Resource field
- Good knowledge of Labor Laws
- Able to perform under high pressure
