This position will be trained to replace HR department manager who will retire by next 2 years
• Responsible for employee relations activities to strengthen company, employee and labor union
• Keep helping to create new HR policies, projects and maintain.
• Counselor and support factory manager to achieve company’s objectives.
• Legal issues such as contracts, licenses, expatriate’s documents and process of work permit.
• Training program for Career development.
• Advertisement and Brand image.
• Build and maintain relationships with local labor authorities.

• Male/ Female, age around 44-48 years old|
• Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Laws, political sciences, Industrial Psychology or
• Experience working in Manufacturing Company of Electronic Products or Automotive Parts with staff over than 800 people is required
• Experience in Employee Relation of management level, strong leadership skill, negotiable skill.
• Strong Labor laws, relationship and event organization.
• Work with Employee Committee such as Labour Unions, Welfare Committee.
• Good command in English is must required.
