• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring processes
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leave data, etc) according to policy and legal requirements
• Looking for the health, safety and welfare of all employees
• Organizing staff training sessions and activities
• Response in other Human Resource Management tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures

- Thai nationality, male or female, age not over 35 years.|
- Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Social Science or etc...
- Experience around 2-3 years in HR function
- Experience in time attendance system and organizing staff activities
- Strong human relationship skill
- Knowledge of Thai Labour will be advantage
- Have communication skill, presentation skill and problem solving.
- Have negotiation skill, good team player and service mind.
- Intermediate level or above in English
